I love the quality feel of this valve. It installs easily. I use the diverter valve to switch between the tub and shower. a little different than most. Great valve though!

Arrived defective but still worth it
Cartridge inside valve was defective upon arrival. Contacted Moen directly and they send me replacement part for free same day. Set me back a week but will buy again because company stands behind their products unlike many other cheap competitors.

Only two functions shower head or tub.
The product works and is a good quality build. Should get 5 stars, but I was under the impression that this unit had a 3-function diverter, but it actually only had 2. I don't know if that is a misprint or a different product, but I did not find out until it was too late to return it. I ended up having to cut out the other function that we had planned, but it all worked out in the end.

Poor cartridge
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have always used Moen facets and valves. I recently bought two Moen rough in shower valves and was pleased with the quality. I needed a shower valve with a diverter valve. It came with a plastic valve cartridge that leaked. I took a cartridge from a standard shower valve that was a brass cartridge and installed it and it fixed the problem. I paid more than double for this valve and it was lesser quality and leaked.
