Way better than vegetable based iron and never upset my tummy.

I am very low in iron. Surprise, I don’t eat meat. I have no energy and I bruise easily. I was nauseous the first couple days on this but not enough to stop taking it. It didn’t make me actually puke like other iron supplements. It’s been a few weeks and I am slowly feeling better. I don’t seem to look like a zombie with black eyes. So we will see how my next blood test goes.

Taking to increase my hemoglobin for blood contribution. I have been borderline previously. This Increased up 3 points. Will continue as look as giving blood every 56 days. Be sure to not take within an hour of drinking coffee. And orange juice helps to absorb. It works for me.

When you are low on iron, you are chronically tired, or at least I was. My diaghter has low iron so she needs to take supplements. She's tried a few different ones and like this one. It doesn't upset her stomach, is relatively easy to swallow and doesn't have much taste.
