Get a half size up.
Get a 1/2 size up. Took the advise from a review on here and I'm glad I did. Being the product ships from Italy this boot runs smaller than the products made in the US.

Protection top notch
Although you are paying a premium, you are getting premium protection, style, and quality. By far my favorite boot. These run a bit narrow, so if your feet are fat and wide, get your actual size. My feet are narrow so I went down 1 size from 12(47) to 11 1/2(46). These will definitely require breaking in. I recommend wearing a full two days prior to actual riding. The soles didn’t grip my pegs very .
