Venco Schoolkrijt

My Dutch Indo friend introduced this to me a few months ago. I don't think I've ever eaten this much candy in my life. It's so good. It's so addicting though. You just can't put it down. Hard candy shell on the outside, layer of black filled with a cream filling. Soooo good!

i grow up with this candy. it has a nice, rather mild licorice taste with a hard sugar coating on the outside. this combination explodes with taste in your mouth while chewing. however, the flavor is a bit different from the american version of how licorice should taste, but today i was surprised when my housekeeper loved it (took halve of the bag), my husband on the other hand wants only what american licorice - so, i guess one just has to jump in and try it - i love it and have by now ordered it multiple times. if you new to this site, give it a try, you might just like it

Good licorice

Delicious, for true licorice lovers!!!!

Pleasantly tasty, not to strong mint, licorice is chewy. The center has a nice mint surprise. Addicting, nice black licorice taste.

Tastes good and has an expiration date of almost a year from now. Reminds me of Good and Plenty in that it has a sweet crunchy shell over a chewy licorice center. The outside shell does look like chalk but is not chalky and has a nice mint flavor. I marked it down one star because the licorice center is not as soft as I would like but is just my personal opinion and does not reflect negatively on the taste of this candy.

These are delicious not the super sweet licorice one gets here in the USA.

The Danish exchange student at my school got me hooked on this minty crunchy licorice when they were here so I'm glad I could find another place to get it without travelling all the way to europe!
