Gives a lovely shine and actually smells good.

So I sprayed my wife’s Smart car with yellow gloss paint as a cheap fix for some badly peeling clear coat. After 3-4 coats of yellow, I added 2-3 coats of this clear lacquer to finish it off. It’s not perfect and up close you can tell it’s been sprayed but it’s not a bad effort and a good quick fix. Make sure you use this lacquer in a well ventilated area and wear goggles and a mask. It’s incredibly strong stuff and the PPE is a must.

The media could not be loaded. I love this spray varnish. I make little painted decorations for family and friends using acrylic paint. These need to be varnished to protect and give them a nice glossy finish. I’ve tried quite a few different varnishes before but this is by far the best so far. It dries in about 15 minutes so really quick to get my 3 coats on each side. I then give them a good 24 hrs to really harden. The finish is brilliant which you can hopefully see from my video. It’s also really easy to use , no dripping, no clogging as long as you give them a good shake. The pack of 4 is super value for money…so much so that I ordered a second pack. Can’t recommend this varnish enough.

Very good indeed. Had a good laugh at one or two of the negative reviews. What they are complaining about is in reality, their own failure to prepare the surface correctly, and/or apply in overly thick coats.The results are absolutely fine provided that you understand that surface preparation is everything. Three light coats are way better than one thick “toffee apple” coat. At 20c, I have had good results even when only allowing 30 minutes between coats, but I would recommend anything between 1 & 2 hours as being ideal.Just about every complaint is pretty much down to failure of the end user, not the product itself.
