This unique tenon stock is specially designed for our Beadlock Loose Tenon Joinery System. The Beadlock joinery system allows you to create joints with mortise and tenon strength without the need for large, expensive machinery. The flutes on the stock increase the amount of precious glue surface and also prevent the joint from racking. And now you can save time by buying Beadlock tenon stock in precut lengths of 1-1/2", 2", 2-1/2". For those who prefer to cut their own, we still have one-foot lengths as well. Review: This is extremely useful when repairing broken tenons and dowels - This floating tenon system will save you bags of money over Festool Domino. It does take slightly longer to actually drill the mortises compared to Festool, but unless you are a volume production shop that is a minor issue. This is extremely useful when repairing broken tenons and dowels. Review: Good quality - Excellent quality. Easy to use.

Easy to use, awesome results..Mortise and Tenon Joints
For us rookie woodworkers, this method of a mortise and tenon joint is way easy to learn and use. The results are very good, which was surprising considering all the woodworking gimmicks that are sold out there. This is one gimmick I would highly recommend and will be using often.

Good when you need a tenon quick
I am a huge beadlock fan. I have used the Bench Dog system a lot since I got it. I also spent the fifty bucks to buy the router bit - the bit pays for itself pretty quickly and I have a lot of eligible stock hanging around in the shop. I got the 2" bag because I don't always want to rip new tenons if my supply of pre-cut tenon stock is depleted. Yeah, I know it only takes a few minutes to swap out the bit and make my own, but this is a nice option for convenience sake. I selected 'it's OK' because the pack is ok. If I didn't have the bit or a router table, I would have liked or loved this - but as it's a lazy man alternative, I think the expense makes the 'ok' rating the best and most honest choice for me.
