Worked perfectly
Fit perfectly and looks identical to one that was previously on camper.

After one week camping, it no longer works well.
It had to be modified to fit our door but works well once we did the modification. UPDATE: It closes the screen door but does not latch with the main door which is what it is designed to do.

Not universal. Does not fit my Lippert screen door
The original had slotted screw holes for adjustment. The new one has round holes in a different position and the catch is not close to engaging the latch.

Perfect replacement
Just what we needed to replace the latch that was broken during a break-in. Really easy and quick to install.

Lasted a month before breaking - I've replaced FOUR of these poor latches
Our 2015 trailer's OEM latch lasted 8 years before breaking. Replaced it with this one, which lasted a month. Hope the replacement lasts longer. Updaate: We've purchased 4 replacement latches for our trailer. They last at most a few months. Poor design

Part does not match picture not slotted round hole
Not the right part as pictured

Pictures in description are not the same direction handles.
Do not use the pictures in description to identify correct handle. Handle direction is determined by looking at it from the outside as entering the RV. Picture in description showing handle installed is a right handle apparently. I ordered this based on the picture and it is definitely not the same direction as pictured. Fortunately the internal plastic handle is universal and can be flipped. Removed it from the new assembly Installed new handle and spring in the old assembly. Reinstalled old assembly with new handle on door.

Not as described.
I ordered this item twice based on the picture and description but the Right Entry Latch was shipped. I then ordered the Right Entry Door Latch. This Latch was for the correct side of the screen but was not the same as the one pictured.

So it was opposite side than expected
We had to do a little creative installation because it was opposite to what we expected (left = right) but it works on my trailer perfectly.

Not the right size. These are not universal latches.

At least I could make it work!
This was not a real Lippert unit. I should know I already sent one back for the wrong door. You might as well buy the cheap ones if your not going to get brand name stuff.
