Arrived quickly
Arrived quickly and no jars were broken. Used to can up some jams and worked great. Lids do seal

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Looks good, however one jar was broken and the box didn’t have any markings on it that said glass. I’m sure that would have resulted in better handling

Exceeded my expectations
Since the onset of COVID, I’ve been having difficulty finding 12-oz. mason jars for my homemade jams and jellies. The familiar brand names are nowhere to to found, so I took a chance on the KAMOTA brand. The price is great (less than I’ve paid in recent years) and the service was excellent. The jars arrived in a very timely manner and they were exceptionally well packaged, so no breaks or cracks. I’ll make my peach jam next week and let you know if there were any problems with the water bath process.

cheap and fractured glass, missing lids, came with moisture/ liquid inside
The package arrived with 3 completely broken jars. Several of them were missing the lids, and the glass itself seems to be really cheap and thin. I was inspecting the glass to see if the rest were salvageable but most of them looked like they had fractures along the base of the jar.Id say this is a shipping company problem, except for the fact that several jars also came with liquid in them? They were supposed to be brand new but it definitely didn't seem that way. I thought of returning them and asking for replacements, but after finding the jars with liquid in them, I cant say I trust anything I receive at this point.
