Nordic Ware Platinum Collection Anniversary Bundtlette Pan

This is a very sturdy pan and it makes perfect bundtdettes with a pretty design. The miniature cakes are really fun to offer as a dessert and or bring to a party. The mold pan does clean up nicely after soaking in hot soapy water and cleaned with a sponge.

I was gifted this used mini Bundts pan and loved it. After using it a few times to make cakes, I ordered a new one so I could fit two in my over at the same time. The old used one and new one look exactly the same, which speaks to how durable this pan is. You can fit up to 9 of the bundts in a normal cake box. If you flip them after ten minutes, they come right out without even patting the pan. If you forget about them for an hour, they will not come out in one piece. My only complaint is they take longer to clean than most pans because of all of the crevices. It’s worth it for all of the complements on the cute cakes though.

This is a very high quality Bundt pan, made in America, and I wanted to love it. Unfortunately, my tried and true Bundt cake recipe didn’t work well, due to the thickness of the batter. In order to get the sharp definition of the pattern of the cake, I had to place the batter in the pan with a small spatula, then carefully push it into each crevice. It took a lot of time. I left space for the cake to rise, but it still rose above the sides and spilled over the tops. The pattern is not well-defined. The cakes baked evenly, and they taste good, but they’re ugly and not suitable for the event they are intended for. I’ve been asked to bake 60 individual Bundt cakes for a ladies luncheon. I won’t be using these for several reasons. The design isn’t well-defined, so they’re quite ugly. The cakes are too large for a single serving. It takes far too much time to get the batter into every crevice, so making 60 of these is not an option. I don’t have time to experiment with new recipes to find a batter that’s thinner, yet still tastes as good as this one. If you need little cakes that will serve 2-3 people, and have time to experiment with recipes to find one that will work, then this pan will be fine. Unfortunately, I need to look for something else.

Fantastic - very heavy duty (and pretty). I used it for the first time this week - it works wonderfully. Mini Bundt cakes came out perfectly. Lightly greased with butter and dusted with flour. The cakes popped out with no problem, and baked evenly. Made in USA!

Liked it so much we bought another so only need to bake one time to use all of batter. Would recommend purchasing 2 so normal cake batter mix fits with no waste. A bit difficult to grease and flour but with practice cake drops out well. If you get only 1 pan, understand you will need to keep batter covered while pan cools for second batch, making bake time longer. Seller might include that 1 pan good for half a standard mix due to side. Some of enameling or whatever process is used seems uneven is application but does not seem to effect baking. Size of each finished cake is similar to a double size cupcake. Recommend this product.

Highly recommend this mini Bundt cake pan. The cakes easily release when you follow a few steps. Use baker’s joy and allow the cakes to cool for the time stated. The cakes come out perfectly. Nothing gets stuck in the pan. Happy I purchased this heavy duty specialty baking pan.

Love this pan, it is perfect for oversized muffins. Takes the same amount of batter as a batch of 12, if you grease and flour the pan, they slip right out. Bit of a pain to clean but no more so than regular muffin pans. The weight and thickness of the cast aluminum means wonderfully even cooking, no burnt edges and undercooked middles. My mom has similar ones made by this brand that she has used for decades and they still work great. These are lifetime bakeware you'll have forever.

Nordic Ware sind die wahrscheinlich besten und für mein Empfinden schönsten Backformen die es gibt. Die Cast Aluminium Modelle halten ein Leben lang, wenn man sie entsprechend pfleglich verwendet. Die kleinen Kuchen machen jeden Geburtstagstisch zu etwas besonderem. Dabei ist es lediglich die Form, die sie so besonders macht und ein bisschen Glasur oder Puderzucker und schon sehen die Kuchen aus wie ein kleines Meisterwerk. Das Material heizt sich gleichmäßig auf und dadurch kommt es zu einem besonders guten Backergebnis. Trotz der Antihaftbeschichtung verwende ich Backtrennspray. Sie ist sehr leicht zu reinigen!
