How firm is this pillow? Does it squish easily under your weight?

I consider my body size ranging from large to X large, just for accuracy. This pillow is not squishy under me. It seems to be holding up just fine. The cover is soft and comfortable.

How can l clean the bed wedge?

Honestly I have not tried this yet myself. I keep the pillow in a case but one day I will have to do this too. Since it is made of thick firm foam, I think use a mild cleaner on a rag or even take it to the cleaners.
