It is larger than my previous hair dryer, but extremely well balanced and very manoeuvrable. My Overall Sentiment Overall, I'm pleased with the Panasonic EH-NE85-K895. It dries my hair quickly and has features to help keep it healthy. It is a bit larger than my old dryer but it is light enough to easily manipulate and wave about when drying. I was surprised just how quiet it is considering it looks a bit like a jet engine when the attachments are removed! It certainly is powerful and versatile hair dryer for drying and styling hair - superb!

This is a super hairdryer! It feels like good quality straight out of the box, which is what I would expect from a brand like Panasonic and at the price point it's set at, and I'm pleased to say that it performs excellently also. It's a fast drying ionic style that really does give you a quick service with a much smoother finish than many standard hairdryers would. It's sturdy without being overly heavy, so it's still comfortable to use, and it makes short work of my coarse thick hair that usually holds onto water so well. There's a concentrator nozzle if you would like to use it and a range of heat/speed settings to suit your preference. I'm thrilled with this hairdryer as I can see a clear difference from using this one to my old one, so I'm confident it's worth the price tag as long as it's durable and long lasting. It's only had a month's use to date, but I'll be sure to update the review if there are any issues with longevity, although I'm quietly confident that there won't be from a trusted brand. Fab item, highly recommended!

I think this is a well-designed hair dryer that’s good quality, performs well, easy to use, and most importantly my wife loves it! It seems to be a very well made and stylish looking hair dryer. It’s made using good quality materials that feel sturdy and durable, it’s just the right weight, the buttons feel nice to use, and it’s easy to keep clean. The performance of this dryer is very impressive, and it can dry long hair in no time. The motor is very powerful, and along with the Air Boost nozzle it really kicks out a lot of air/heat. You get the usual mix of heat and speed settings, and the heat protection mode really seems to be the perfect temperature to both quickly dry yet not damage your hair. My wife commented how she doesn’t get much frizz when using it and her hair feels smoother so the ion tech inside the dryer really seems to work! Overall, we are really pleased with this hair dryer and for around £75 I feel it represents good value for money for what you are getting. It’s a product I’m more than happy to recommend and its easily worth the full five stars, buy with total confidence!

I like the separate fan speed control, and heat levels. And the "POWWWERRRR!!!" I have used Panasonic hair dryers with the "ions" for easily a decade, and do not find this better or worse either way, or if there's any effect at all. The weight of this hair dryer feels a little strange, and I suspect that the power cable is aluminium and not copper, not that it matters, but the weight is noticeable. One minor issue with this hair dryer is that it's a bit *LOUD*! Not that hair dryers have ever been exactly quiet, (Braun Silencio, looking at you!) but given the POWWWERRR and speed at which it drys the hair, I am prepared to out up with it. I am however, certainly, absolutely NOT one to sits in front of a dressing table for hours though. I have relegated my old hair dryer to "Holiday Duties" and this is my go-to from now on. When I bought it it was £49.99, at the time of writing there is a discount, it is being sold here on Amazon for £39.99. It's still not cheap but if I didn't already have one, I would certainly be getting one at £39.99.

I ordered this hairdryer for my girlfriend. I'm bald so it's not a lot of use for me (!) but I will relay here what she thinks of this hair dryer: She says it is surprisingly lightweight for such a largish hair dryer. She was expecting a heavy lump but it just isn't like that and she can use it without her amrs getting tired at all. She says that it is really nice to hold and that it has a smooth, soft kind of feel to the surface. The buttons are easily accessible and quick to choose and change. She likes that there are a few different settings for heat and speed, including a cool setting. She says the nozzle attachment is very nice to use and fits perfectly. She also mentioned that her hair did feel a bit less frizzy and that it's probably because of the ion feature. She says the cord is a good length too. Essentially this is a professional hairdresser quality hair dryer that you can use at home. Personally I have always found Panasonic products to be excellent quality so I expect this to last a long time. Highly recommended by my partner and her frizz-free hair!

I wasn’t sure how a hairdryer could warrant such a price tag but this is brilliant. I only usually blow dry my hair if in a rush as I have thick hair that can get dry quite easily so it normally takes a while and then usually needs straightening to make it look less like a bush. The ad says this uses ion tech to reduce frizziness and help keep hair from getting too dry and it really does! It is still thick and I have still been straightening after just to make it a bit sleeker, but I would happily go out without doing so if needed. It dries my hair really quickly too, but doesn’t feel like it runs hotter than my previous hairdryer. Another thing I like about this is how lightweight it is. Will fit easily in a bag without taking up too much space or weight and doesn’t make your arms ache when you’re holding it up to dry. Would recommend
