Honsen Solid Stainless Steel Ice Cream Scoop with Thickening Handle

It's small but very sturdy!! And easy to clean. I am happy with it.

The scoop is smaller than expected, even after knowing the dimensions before it was purchased. Sturdiness seems good so far, but time will tell.

My aim was to have a scoop I needed to buy once… accomplished! Scooped gallons of ice cream, still scooping! Even the really frozen stuff is easy to pull out of the carton, you will damage the carton before the scoop gives up.

Overall, this product was what I needed. Our old scoops kept peeling after a few washes.. The only thing I'd day was unsatisfactory, is the size of it..it looks bigger in the pictures...

In July 2020 I bought a mini freezer to be able to purchase more things in one shopping trip (live in NYC, typical fridge freezer provided in apartments is not bigger than a standard microwave). This freezer is MUCH better at keeping things really cold, so ice cream is now really hard. As a result, I broke my longtime scoop last month. I bought one at the grocery store but it wasn't great and kept getting stuck, so I looked at various options online and opted for this one. I am THRILLED. Solid grip and sturdy build, and not any more expensive than most other scoops. Definitely worth the purchase.

The name-brand ice cream scoop originally recommended to me isn't dishwasher safe. That's a non-starter, so I looked around and found this item. It's a winner. It fits the hand nicely, scoops easily, and if you run hot water over it before you start, ice cream doesn't freeze to it and stick. When you're done, you can toss it in the dishwasher. So far it's staying as shiny and nice as it was when it came out of the box. I suppose that'll change, but it'll still do its job. What not to love? YMMV, of course, but I'd recommend this to a friend.

This ice cream scooper easily scoops ice cream. The rectangular shape also makes it easier to get all the ice cream out of the container.This ice cream scooper is average for portioning cookie dough. But, it’s great for scooping cold cookie dough.I also love how the handle is continuous with the handle, so the handle will never fall off. The metal is also a high-quality metal it has not shown any signs of corrosion.

It was a great ice cream scoop. After 2 years it started to chip, which isn’t bad.

Item is not stainless steel. Chipped after a month of use. Currently seeking a refund or will be taking legal action. Completely illegal to sell something claiming it is something else!!!It made me give it 1 star. It deserves NONE. Dodgy cheap crap not worth the cardboard box it came in.
