My OnePlus phones require special charging cables. Whatever cable you use for whatever brand of cell phone will wear out. There just isn't any way I can imagine to prevent wear right behind the plug. It bends there and pretty soon it doesn't charge your phone reliably. So this Jelanry looks sturdy and sturdy enough. I have only had this brand for one day, but I imagine it will outlast some of the other brands. But what has gotten my goat with the most common brand I have found is almost half of them arrive damaged. Not from shipping damage but manufacturing flaws. They aren't expensive enough to make it worth the expense to return them. Well my first order of two Jelanry cords came with no flaws. If this holds up, I will be very pleased. I can hardly wait to order two more to see if the quality continues!

I've had problems with some other red cables. The other ones would charge but not be able to fast charge. So far we are happy these form fast charging on all of our bases.

Stop working randomly and basically destroied my phone battery

I discovered these a few years ago when I bought a OnePlus phone. It ae with the red cord which I didn't give much thought to for a while. I started using the cord after a week of having the phone and wow what a difference. I don't know the technicals , but apparently these support a faster charging with comparable power source. They're also durable and have a great feel.

It's the worst, it doesn't even fit in the charging port properly and disconnects straight away, its not even fast charging let alone ultra fast, waste of money DONT BUY its absolutely not like the original at all so disappointed
