These just don't stay on the skates. Period. Defeats the entire purpose. Even at the extreme end of adjustments, one little shake and they pop off. Garbage product.

Love love love these, they fit my skates perfectly! I'm a size 7 in skates, they're tougher than I thought they would be, and much glossier in person and I love that it isn't a plain white, it's a pearl finish!

The two-sided directions card is useless because, despite all that space, the directions boil down to something like "Assemble as shown" and you're given a vague product sketch.In reality, you have to get the screws facing properly, seat the spring in the channel BEFORE tightening, make sure the screw and the springs don't disconnect(!) and then reconnect them properly if they do, figure out how to get the spring seated down over the threads of the screw, etc.They do leave a gap where the blade is exposed with my size 11 skates. However, the bigger issue is that I would have bought fully-molded skate guards had I known that it was poorly documented. I just feel like the company is lazy in not putting a half-dozen tips on the instruction card. This should be a 2-minute install if it was properly documented.

Opening needs to be slightly larger. I just about cut my fingers every time I try putting the guards on the skates.

Maybe I am just an idiot, but I could NOT figure out how to install these onto my skates for the life of me! Otherwise, I am sure that this is a great product.

BLADE GUARDS ARE VERY GOOD QUALITY .. THE USE in previous years and the result was PERFECT .. NOW DO NOT USE todabia but I am sure that the result will be the same

Perfect but a little pricy. Works for both my son and daughter's skates. His are Lake Placid Metro and hers are Lake Placid Women's 694 Supreme Ice skate. Smallest settings are enough for both of them, didn't need to cut them for her I just put them on backwards.

These were gifts to my grandchildren, mailed to their home. I did see the skates, but did not see the lego set so can only respond according to what feedback I received.
