Love this board
For the price, this board is great. The buoyancy makes it easy to get up on for a beginner like me. Light weight and easy to transport and carry. Fairly grippy surface and I don't need much wax at all. Downfall would be the vinyl coating over the foam is fairly thin and could be punctured or ripped. If you're just learning and want an inexpensive board (tho I've seen some excellent surfers riding this exact same board), it's one of the best values for the money to get you on the waves.
