Someone mentioned seams in the dots! Anybody else having that problem? Thank you!

No seams if your paint is right consistency and not too dry. Put out paint in smaller batches and dont water it down. I have had no problem since I made these corrections

Is the smallest size 1mm or 0.5mm?

You might contact the vendor. The “way they use numbers” is just #1- through 16.

Can they be used on wine glasses with the correct paint

Yes you can with an enamel acrylic paint that you cure in the oven.
