I've used this for a month. I take it before I go to sleep. My friend who told me about this product told me that it helped her to lose weight by decreasing her food cravings - so she didn't sabotage her daily food intake. I find that I am able to stick to my eating plan, not crave food and I'm loosing inches as well as 13 pounds in a month of 3 birthday parties and Thanksgiving. An added bonus is that my hair is getting noticeably thicker!

Repurchase. Have it on and off. I have not suffered any other effects as yet but I certainly sleep better after taking it at night. There are nights when I have many thoughts on my mind and Secretagogue is a good option to put me to sleep. It does help me on my exercise recovery although I am not sure if its mental or due to the drink. But it works for me.

Wife swears by the stuff?? She says it gives her energy. She exercises a lot.The last box received was damaged. Because of this, I looked for an expiration date or at least a manufactured date and could find none. It seems as with all things, somebody else has bought the right to produce this and I have to wonder if they are making it to the same quality as the original.
