Highly disappointed
No hardware bolts or screws included and the zipper on the seat is broken. Such a large and expensive item I’m disappointed and don’t even have the means to return it

Very disappointed, ordered online came broken. Never assembled because it’s broken!!! The outer part is made of plastic..... not very well made.
