Excellent Milk Product to Keep on Pantry Shelf for Gravies, Sauces, French Toast and Coffee Creamer
I use evaporated milk for so many recipes that I never want to be out of a supply. And not one dented can in the bunch. That is fantastic. This is a fantastic price for it.It is so handy to have on the shelf. If I run out of cream for my coffee I grab a can of this off the shelf. Gravies, sauces and cream soups are just a few good reasons to have it handy. Plus, French toast egg custard is nice and thick and doesn't drip all over the place when you're slipping dipped bread slices into the skillet. We used to use this in our homemade fudge too.Now if I could just find cream cheese for the old timey prices. Oh well. Can't have everything.
