I have spondylitis in my neck and chiropractor recommends ice when it’s inflamed. However previously found packs to be too firm and not right shape. This one is nice and flexible and because it’s long fits right round the neck. My son likes it for his lower back because it goes across the whole of the back. Only negative is that ice seems to collect on it and subsequently makes clothing wet.

This ice pack wrap was bought as a gift for a family member who suffers chronic neck pain. It molds to the shape of her neck making it comfortable to lie against and she doesn't have to hold it in place. We're both very pleased with it. The seller got in contact to check that the item arrived undamaged, and I'm glad to say it was in good condition and ready to use within a few hours of popping it into the freezer.

I was torn between this one and another brand that covers the shoulders and part of the back too. But this one is longer and I feel like it will stay on place as I move around. I like the 2 different surface options. If I put it in the freezer a short time, the plastic folder side is ok to use. If it’s been in there longer then the covered cotton side is great. Very happy, just hope other reviews about the gel leaking are a one-off.. time will tell.

I have RSI in my neck and get frequent migraines, and this really helps soothe both those things. I also pulled my back recently and after applying this, my back healed by the next day. Only things I dislike is that there’s nothing to keep it in place and doesn’t just lie there like the picture, unless you’re very good at keeping perfectly still. I use a hair scrunchie to tie the ends together, which keeps it fixed in place while I’m working. Also, would be good if it was a bit bigger, to encompass the entire upper back region and extend to the shoulders and reach the base of the skull, so you don’t have to lean back. The other negative is even with the sealed bag it comes with, it still absorbs the smell of the food in your freezer, so it’s a bit funky. That said, it’s easier and better to use than a bag of frozen peas, I think.

I used it on my neck to great effect then on my knee. It was easy to get it into the correct position and more comfortable than an a conventional ice pack.

I have a very painful neck and shoulders and was looking forward to using my new pack. I was pleased with the appearance and it fitted very well and was nice and long and lay very well once on. Only trouble was I had to keep putting it back in microwave as it was not hot enough. When on neck and shoulders the heat only remained for a couple of minutes so was ver6 disappointed. I was going to send back but have decided to keep it and try it as a ice pack. Quite expensive as it didn’t hold the heat. Only good thing was in lies well on your neck and shoulders.

An excellent ice pack. The extra length means it will stay put, wrap around and covers a large area. Also stays cold for a long time.

This is a really good quality ice/heat pack. I have a super bad neck and I feel so good after 20 minuteswith this wrapped around my neck. It can be used for cold or hot. Read the directions. Really nice product. Best Ive ever purchased.

This ice pack is honestly, a godsend. I am currently having hot flashes due to being pregnant and this cools me down on even the hottest days. Even my husband loves it!Great for neck pain and I have been using it on my lower back and legs when they get hot too.My only complaint is that it doesn't stay ice cold very long but I'm starting to think that's because my skin is so warm from my hot flashes. I'd say I get a good 20 min of cold (at least) and then it becomes cool to touch.

I bought this to help bring relief from the scorching summer heat. I like that it comes with a little bag to store it in your freezer, helping to keep it clean when not in use. It's been great to drape around my neck when I am feeling wilted at home with no air conditioning. One side has a soft texture that feels nice against the skin and helps protect from too much direct cold.

This is a great product, high quality materials. I needed something for my neck and the base of my skull, I tried other products but this is the best to date. I keep it in the fridge, you can use the gel side or the soft fabric side depending on how much hot/ cold you want to feel. You can move the gel beads around to fit the area too. Keeps the temperature for a long time.
