I love this product. Been taking it for years now.

For years I had trouble keeping my vitamin D levels up, no matter how many ICU's a day I took. With these ADK supplements, the A and K really aids the D absorption and my D levels have been great ever since.

My doctor told me I was extremely low on vitamin D and that I should take a supplement. I had my vitamin D levels checked by my doctor and she said “keep taking what you’ve been taking...your numbers have jumped dramatically!”

I have used this brand many times. The combination and amounts of the ingredients are not the same as the original, which make this product less effective.
