this lasted me multiple years between multiple phones and cases, you're definitely not meant to but I was able to pry it off and reglue it when changing phones and it continued to serve me well and now that mine has finally had some actual point of failure well past when I thought it would I am buying another,for reference, when the plate on the back starts to wobble/rotate that means the connection between the layers is wearing out and you will eventually need to replace it,but again, it was several months at that stage before it actually failed and pulled apart, and this was multiple years into the products lifespan, I've been using it for nearly 3 years and in that time I've been in multiple construction/manual labor scenarios and had it around water and swimming pools, the only issues I ever had during its life was it eventually got a little floppy and had the ring move around more freely (which honestly just made it a better fidget toy) and it made my phone a bit too bulky for my car mount, but that can be solved by either being more careful how you position it or simply taking your case off when you use your GPS, and honestly my case itself is just as much to blame for that issuegreat product, lasted almost 3 years while in non ideal conditions and being used as a fidget toy by someone with AuDHD who strength trains including hands/grip and was unmedicated for most of that time

Bought this ring to add to my new iPhone 16 Plus Otterbox Defender case. It was easy to apply to the case and holds on very well. I purchased one of these rings a few years ago for an iPhone 13 that I previously owned and was sold on the phone ring ever since.The ring is very convenient for gripping your phone, but also serves as an excellent kick stand.Just keep in mind that if you own an otterbox case and have the otterbox holster for your case, you will only be able to insert the phone into the holster with the face in, the ring will not allow you to insert your phone in the holster face out. This is not a big deal as I prefer to carry my phone face in my holster to protect the screen.The ring is metal and works great with the various types of magnetic dash mounts for your car.

I installed this onto a plastic phone case and it held really strong. Great connection to my magnetic car mount. And the ring rotated nicely and held the phone up in landscape and portrait modes.Only thing I'd like to see to improve it is a small flat edge on the bottom of the ring so it doesn't wobble as much in portrait mode.Word of warning for people like me. There is very thin metal plate on the back with the company branding. I thought I'd be clever and pry this off with a razer blade and make the ring holder a fraction of a millimeter thinner. Don't do that! The metal base under it isn't nearly good enough at holding it to a magnetic mount, that thin metal plate is what makes it work. So now I'll need to see if I can super glue mine back to the base. Haha. But the product worked great before I broke it, so I would buy another if I can't fix it.

Had something similar for my iPad, but those were not sold any longer. This was a suggestion from Amazon and I didn't pay attention to the size. The one I wanted fit my whole hand - this is only the size of a finger. Might be good for phones, but doesn't work well for my tablet. Good construction and solid connection, though! Definite quality, but small.

Love this product, all rings at some point loose stiffness but as a product I poke it and every time I need to change, I end up getting this one only. I have tried many in past but have always ended up with this phone ring that has made me happy.

I had a pop socket on my phone, but removed it because it prevented me from using the charger slot in my car. Then I came across this ring holder. I love it! Its very secure and the ring moves to different positions very easily and slim enough to use in my car's charger slot.

I buy these purely out of necessity because they are the least annoying, most effective, and most durable at this price point. That being said, the quality has suffered the last 1-2 years, and where these rings used to last me 3-4 months, I kid you not, the last few orders it's like the next day its already flopping around, not staying where you've opened it to. Defeats the whole "kickstand" thing as a purpose. I can't help but feel like I'm getting ripped off every time I buy these, but I just can't do popsockets. When these get loose, ease of use suffers significantly as your phone is all over the place. I've never actually tested the magnet on these, frankly, I didn't even know there was a magnet. , if that tells you anything. Design wise, the top surface of the piece that sticks to the phone, can also be sharp around the edges of the circle. I'm just waiting for the day that it slices my finger open.

Love this ring.Magnetic, so works great with my car holder.It rotates 360, so it's very comfortable to hold.Adhesion is excellent.Initially very strong stand, but over time it has gotten looser and it no longer holds the weight of my phone.
