LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS MACHINE!!!!!!! I have made more popcorn than I care to admit! It is a hit when we have parties - everyone loves POPCORN!!! Easy installation, easy to work, and easy to clean! I had a 2 or 4 oz kettle, was a pain because I had to make many batches as 1 was not enough and not all kernels popped and a pain to clean. Not with this one! One batch does it for my husband and I - have to make more if the grandkids are there!! I did not buy the popcorn kits, just went to Sams to purchase the popping oil/salt and then popcorn at the store. I found that using a measuring cup for the oil was a lot easier than trying to squeeze the tube in the kits - I do not burn my hand! I would recommend this machine to anyone that loves popcorn!!4/29/16 - still loving this popcorn machine. Loved it so much, I purchased one for work and everyone loves Popcorn Day!!! Buying bulk oil and popcorn is the best way to go! The oil has measurements on the bottle - for 16oz of popcorn - 2/3 c oil and 2 c popcorn - salt to taste! That easy!!!

Pros: Pops A LOT of popcorn at once. The kettle gets hot fast and pops the corn very consistantly. I have owned poppers before and this one seems to pop more of the kernals than the other poppers. The kernal tray works very well and I rarely have unpopped corn in my popcorn bucket. I love the way the kettle plugs in and is removeable. Being able to plug just the kettle into a wall makes it easy to clean. I also like the storage space in the stand.Cons: Doesn't clean up after my kids :)Comments: I don't know what else to say. I am very glad I bought this popper. The glass makes it easy to keep it clean. The kettle can heat up in a regular house plug so the oils can be removed by boiling water in there and simply wiping the kettle down after dumping the water out. It makes enough popcorn in one kettle-full to feed my entire 5 kid family (the best feature). I find that it takes about 10 minutes to have popcorn ready for a family movie.

The popcorn popper worked fine for over a year. Now the screws keep falling out of the kettle. I can't find any way to get a hold of the company about replacement parts. The email address on the limited warranty doesn't work. Googling the replacement part numbers bring up 2 things - the manual (which I have), and Questions from customers, asking where to buy these mythical replacement parts.Also - the cart is difficult to push, and when we roll it around there are often things falling off - the feet, or the nuts/bolts holding on the wheels. I think I'll remove the top and strap it to a 4-wheeled cart. Disappointed that I paid extra for the cart.

Stopped working and no suprise I can't get ahold of anyone that sold this. No answer when I text and good forbid they gave a phone number. Find somewhere else to buy this

Well worth the money to get the 16 oz pot. 16 oz is not a lot of popcorn when you got a popcorn loving family! The cleanup isn't that bad but popcorn does get stuck in the bottom around the glass. I should have used some high heat food grade silicone but it is what it is. A vacuum cleaner does the trick! Next up, the cotton candy machine! Lol

We originally bought an 8oz machine for our company of 165 people. We quickly found it to be too small and after a lot of research went with this machine. We LOVE the 16oz kettle. It works great with our leftover supply of 8oz packages, we just use 2 at a time. It pops fast and consistently without burning. Their customer service was fantastic! I contacted them with questions and they were always quick to answer.One SMALL downside, is that the box should have been SLIGHTLY bigger.. it still works great, but having just a bit more room, especially to clean it would be nice. The overall build quality is adequate. It could have been slightly better quality, for example, the door hinges are slightly crooked. Very minor things, and they DO NOT affect the functionality.But you also have to consider the price on this unit, it is roughly HALF the cost of what you would pay for a machine this size from SEVERAL competitors. It is exactly what we needed for our company and we get many compliments on the machine from customers or other visitors and they ask where we found it. I have NO REGRETS purchasing this machine whatsoever and would certainly recommend it to others looking for a great, budget friendly popcorn machine.

We love it! Clients comment on it in our office all of time. The allure of fresh popcorn is just wonderful. Easy to use feature. The storage capartment is very useful (the door could be a little better quality material) and the side tray is great. Its sleek black look is very professional looking vs the standard red. It is a great size for making a little or a lot (19 staff members). The rubber on the wheel just broke the other day. We haven't moved the machine at all since we assembled it so I'm not sure what happened there. Still, very happy with this purchase. Cleaning it is a little bit of a hassle but keep in mind that you will get that with any machine of this style.

Came dammaged so we had to return and get a new one. Once we got the new one we were so happy. Able to do a single 8 oz batch or double it and do a full 1 pound batch. Perfect for 10 people os so all watching a movie. We have used this popper over 10 times in the 1st month. Love it!
