I’ve tried a few (3) others before I found this shower head holder! It’s very easy to install with a twist movement ring for the suction to take hold. If you need to move it then just reverse the twist action and it will release the suction. No adhesive, just suction. It also came with a circular adhesive disc if you’re wanting it place this item on a ruff surface that may not allow a suction. The suction works great on my glass shower wall! Plus it has an adjustable up & down choices for the perfect shower spraying angle.

Plastic, the chrome paint chips after a while. silicone sticky pad plus suction cup installation. Works on my lightly textured shower wall. Repositioning the height is difficult at first but loosens over time. The suction cup is attached at a center point, so eventually it rips and slowly loosens and falls off the wall. Lasts about a year with constant use. I keep one on hand so when i heard the shower head bang against the wall as it falls off, im ready to put the next one in.

I think this is the only suction-grip item I have ever installed on a shower that actually STAYED UP forever. First, don't bother with the sticky patch to install-- it's so powerful, you CAN'T remove it to re-position, without a razor blade, a lot of patience, and a lot of work-- and then the sticky pad is ruined. This suction, done correctly, is not only powerful but easily removed if you want (just release the suction first). Place it exactly where you want it and be SURE you've cleaned & rinsed the spot thoroughly. (I've placed it on both wet and dry and it handles both easily.) Don't make the mistake I initially did, putting it cockeyed and then counting on the rotating action that engages the suction to straighten it out--no). Just put it up straight with the suction cup directly on the wall, then holding the front part (cradle) with one hand to press the whole thing against the wall, TURN ONLY THE BASE, clockwise. It will rotate while the cradle (which will hold the handheld shower) does not. Turn till it clicks!! Suction engaged! And this thing will stay put until you turn that base counter-clockwise to disengage it. We've been so impressed (and surprised) at the staying power of this thing (once we figured out the correct installation) that we order more for our guest bathroom and relatives!

Was it easy to install, YES. Did it stay on the wall, NO. I installed it the first time not intending to take a shower. It seemed secure. Ten minutes later I hear it fall off the wall onto the shower stall. The next time I installed it in order to take a shower. After installing it, and once the shower wall was wet, the weight of the shower head caused it to slide down the wall. It would not stay put. I do not recommend this product.

UPDATE: have been using these for a year or so. These fall off the wall about once a month. I’m surprised my shower heads haven’t broken when they hit the tub floor. If this sounds annoying, don’t buy this product. The suction mounting concept seems plausible, but it’s not reliable long term. I don’t think I would buy these again knowing this now. I purchased two of these several months ago. Neither shower had shower heads plumbed in so these held shower wands that were piped to the tub spigot. Installed one on cheapo glazed tile and the other on those smooth ceramic looking shower walls. -These are easily to install. Simply locate the holder onto the wall and rotate the lower section of the holder to engage the suction. The holder has an adjustable angle. This is very rigid to adjust. Insert the shower wand into the holder and use it as leverage to adjust the angle. You think you are going to break it, but you won't. -The tab on the suction cup allows for easy removal. -These stayed in place for about two months. Both eventually fell off. Maybe it was caused by a change in the weather. Not sure. I reattached and both are still there. If you want a permanent mount, use screws. Otherwise, for the occasional reattachment, these are cheap and hold well. Note: I have tried three different style wands in these and the opening in the holder seems a bit small. It works, but ideally would have a slightly larger diameter opening.

Works amazing! I’ve had it for over six months now and it hasn’t fallen off the wall. I’ve recently taken it off to clean up some dirt deposits from daily use and it was easy to clean. Reinstall was a breeze and there is no sign of it being weaker than before. It holds my strong pressure handheld shower head very well. My little one has learned to shower thanks to this extremely reliable handheld shower head holder! No worries of it falling off and hurting her or making a mess. Love this purchase!

Perfect choice for our shower to wash the two small yorkies we have. We bought a shower stand-tub to bathe them and needed a solution to hold the shower sprayer. Both fit into the tub and now we are able to suction cup the holder to the wall that allows hands free to wash the dogs and have water spray down in the tub or on them. Am assuming this can easily be broken but with care in handling (ie attach/detach rotator and 90 degree adjustment) it should last a long time. I love the relocation ability and the degree adjustable holder. The shower handle fits perfect, not too loose and not tight. It came with a permanent suction pad but we are not using it. The regular attached plastic suction works as designed and was easily relocatable. We hope that will last a long time.

The handheld shower head holder looks very nice. Is easy to attach to the wall, however it fell off in less than one day. Not happy with it. I made sure that the tile that I attached it to was clean and dry, but it still fell off.
