I used this product to retwist my fiance's dreads and it worked wonderfully! It has a very pleasant but not overpowering smell. It held the roots right in place but I would personally recommend not using it on the end part of dreads as it made it have a slightly tacky/sticky texture. You don't need much at all to get your desired style so it is well worth your money.

It definitely helps you achieve a better finish in your hairstyles. I truly believe it works for all hair types. I had never used this type of hair product before, but I'm very happy with my purchase. My oldest daughter has very straight hair, and it was always difficult to maintain the desired style because of her hair type, but this product is truly a miracle. It leave a white film on your hair but it will lay down your edges nicely. It is a clear color and leaves hair shiny.
