Product not working
It's a second Hand product and not working....DVds not reading....you people will not check whether produuct is working or not...please refund my amount....

Compatibility with Windows 11
The first delivery was a faulty one, it did not even switch on when connected to my computer. Got a replacement which at least powered on when connected and Windows was showing the drive but not the contents of the disc. Not sure if it is a driver issue. Unfortunately no customer support available for the product. Nothing available on the net also.

Compatible with Win 11
I was worried if it would work or not. But, it worked well for reading CDs in Win 11 operating system. I never wanted to write any disks as it is not the desired mode of saving data these days.
