Nice Book
I purchased this book for a friend who recently lost her partner to cancer. She said that this book had alot of good information. She was surprized to see that there were books available for gay and lesbians. She said that this book made more sence for her compared to other grief books that are more geared towards straight couples.

Very informative book. The only book I found that addressed my situation. Lesbian Widows ARE invisible. This book has helped me so much. I want to thank the author for writing it.

excellent resouce for lesbian widows and their friends
Purchased this book for myself shortly after being widowed. Have gone back repeatedly as I process through the grief. Highly reccomend to anyone who is a lesbian widow or who is friend/family member or is supporting someone who has lost her partner.

beautiful and compassionate
I bought this for myself because I'm dating a lesbian widow. I barely skimmed a few pages when my girlfriend was cycling into heavy grief again (near her partner's birthday, her partner died 2 years, 10 months prior), and I could only cry for her pain when I read it. I gave the book to her. The book validates that there is no "time line" for the end of grief, despite what people tell you.
