NOW GABA 500 mg, 200 Veg. Capsules: Always be responsible and consult with your physician before taking OTC supplements! These can have serious side effects depending on other medications or health conditions. I recommend reading the book, "The Mood Cure" by Julia Ross; it is a guide to help your determine if this product may be helpful, how and when to take it throughout the day, in combination with other supportive supplements: L-Tyrosine, 5-HTP, DPLA (read the book, you may not need all four), in addition to other vitamins and minerals that assist these supplements to provide optimum benefits. The condensed description is that GABA helps ease feelings of stress. I have used this successfully and experienced good results. Again, I cannot stress this enough, proceed with caution with the support and advice of your physician.

Gaba seems to help me. I use it to reduce some unwanted body stresses. Look up the purpose and uses for gaba. The most notable affect after taking is a skin and head prickling warming which goes away fairly quickly. It is a known affect. Please adhere with proper medical guidance. Although it worked good for me for a while I eventually switched over to using magnesium which has worked so much better but I will say for the amount in the price. It is a steel of a deal. I do love this brand as well I did not have any side effects with the supplement. It did give me a focus and a calming effect which is nice but overtime I felt that it was not as effective, but since taking magnesium for a month straight, it has not Caused any lessening effect like the gabba did

I have had bad tinnitus in my left ear for going on four years and mild in my right ear for about half that time, during that time I've tried 10+ different tinnitus supplement capsules, all with limited results."They" say that the ringing in your ears is in your brain,so brain supplements would be the logical next step, right? GABA gives neurotransmitter support and I'am now convinced that it does just that. The ringing in my bad left ear?down at least 75%,the right ear gone! This on 2 caps between meals in THREE days. This stuff just might knock it out completely.Oh, and it has a over all calming effect to your brain. The ringing in one's ears can drive you nuts, and this stuff is cheaper than any so called tinnitus cap.Highly Recommend.

Quality product from now I’m very happy with this product. It’s helping me with my insomnia.

This was a purchase prompted by my therapist. Due to work and the fact that every business is understaffed and overworked right now, in addition to my own many mental health problems, she recommended me to try this to help with anxiety. So, I did. And whew. It will affect everyone differently, I'm sure, but here's my experience. I'm already a Gemini so my mind has always moved at the speed of light. I always have some thought or multiple things going on in my head all the flipping time. This supplement... whew, this supplement took my brain from a four lane highway on both sides and completely knocked me down to just one lane on either side. It was... horrible. I was not prepared for that, and that was not even the full dose. I took 2/3rds maybe of the capsule. My anxious feelings, however, were wiped out. But...everything was wiped out along with it. My ability to daydream, all those thoughts in my head... gone!! It was crazy. It was like I didn't care about anything. I could still function just fine. I could drive, do my job, get groceries, etc, but it was SO different. Never in my life did I ever experience this kind of 'brain silence'. I'm not giving this a bad review because really, it did it's job...? Lol. But needless to say I tried even lower doses over the next several days because the brain fog was just way too intense. Eventually I found a very very very low dose works for me, and takes that edge off my anxiety without leaving me feeling like I care about nothing and have no background thoughts. But, I stopped taking this. I will only take it now if I know the day is going to stress me out. (And even at a low dose, for me, it still works within the hour.) So again...I'm just taking it as I need it right now. Hope that helps! Even if something doesn't quite work for you, I'm still glad I tried it and learned something.

I’ve been using this product and brand for over 6 months to help with nighttime sleep. It’s very effective.
