A very nice watch, I own a number of more 'traditional' Suunto watches and also several of their dive computers, many of their products are a tad complicated to set up - yes, you actually do need to read the instruction manuals carefully.This seems to be a new approach for Suunto - a much more obvious design targeted at a broader market, the set up is simple, those who have commented that the instruction manual is lacking, perhaps need to be a little patient - it's fairly intuitive and if you need a little assistance - check out various blogs/YouTube. It should take about ten minutes to grasp the details and it's far easier than their other 'sports' orientated products.The product is made in Finland, and Suunto as a company has a good reputation in the military community for navigational gear and SCUBA equipment, so from a 'status' viewpoint it's an excellent brand.It's well made and comfortable, I'd highly recommend it - be careful with pricing though, I've seen folks asking 1,000 dollars for this watch, other retail sites are in the 500 dollar range.

I love this watch. This is my third Suunto, and by far my favorite. I own an Observer I bought when they came out in the late 90's (still works) and a Core which I bought in 2010 (also still works). The Terra is by far the simplest to operate, but also has the least features. I'm fine with the fact that it's simpler at the expense of sacrificing some features. This watch is meant for those who want the sporty Suunto look, but with the elegance suited for business wear. This is a more refined watch as far as looks and feel of quality. My other two Suuntos are characterized by their more rubbery and plastic feel (to be fair, the Observer is titanium). One feature I'm glad they included is the button lock (the light feature still works while this feature is active). For me, the positive face version is awesome. Both my previous Suunto watches are negative versions and for me they are very difficult to read--especially in low light conditions.

One of Suunto's best! I wanted a digital watch that was dressier than the ubiquitous G Shock. This fits the bill perfectly!This ABC watch (Altitude, Barometer, Chronograph) has all of the features that I was after. The button layout/functions are simple and intuitive. The case, while feeling robust, is large but not freakishly huge.You can wear this watch on any 22mm band. I'm currently wearing mine on a NATO, since this watch will primarily be used for hiking and outdoor activities.It should also be noted that the battery is easily user replaceable.

Just received the watch, the battery was dead, so spent an extra 5 bucks, but got the watch for 295.00. This watch is awesome, I own over thirty watches and to say this is a nice watch is an understatement. Nice display, accurate thus far, easy to read and program. I was surprised how comfortable and light this watch is on my small wrist. This watch used to be a 1000.00 and I waited a couple of years, it was worth the wait. Suunto cannot be beat for this caliber of outdoor watch.

Looked long and hard for an all digital watch that had a metal case, water resistant to at least 100m, stop watch, great back light, alarm, and a sapphire crystal. I have lots of G-shocks but they are plastic with mineral crystals and not very dressy. Out of my collection of 30+ watches this one has now become my favorite. Awesome price/value and it looks great.

The Suunto Elementum is a cool watch. It is very "techie" and reasonably attractive. It's one fault, however, is the price. The Elementum is my favorite Suunto watch (and I have tried many of them). If the watch were about half of its list price, I would have kept it -- but for a cool grand, I really expected more.

This is my second Suunto watch. This one has the same characteristics (plus some more) of my first one but with has a lot more quality in an elegant design. I love it.

Beautiful time piece. The settings are extremely easy to set up. Light weight. Nice leather band. Bright display, much better than the reverse black display on the other suunto watches. Sapphire lens extremely scratch resistant. One of my favorite watches.

Very nice watch. Premium look and feel. Would buy Suunto Watch again.
