Purchased these, and another brand, around the holidays as small gifts in 2021. The measurements seemed accurate and these have been durable riding in utility pouches / pockets / purses for a year or more. Most of the gift recipients work at a retail store (where pockets / utility pouch space is at a premium) and yet these items are well worth the space (and few ounces) that they take up, so that employees can help customers with a variety of measurements when necessary. We're thrilled!

Okay, might be a bit of a weird review here as I did not use them for tailoring, but for crafts, but either way they worked great!First, I want to point out, they are 5 feet long (60 inches) so as far as tailing, well I would assume you may want a 72 inch (6'-0" version) but again that's not what I needed it for.The colors are very cute, but I would say they are more pastel then bright, so just keep that in mind if you were expecting them to be neon colors, they are not.They are really sturdily built, and are a vinyl with Metal protective ends.These (at the time I purchased) were 5.95 for 12, so less then 50 cents a piece shipped to my door in less then 24 hours. Cant really beat the price and I definitely recommend.

I have no idea how I lose these, but I do. I used to keep one in my purse so it would be available for quick measuring during clothes shopping, one or two in my sewing basket, and even one in the garage so my husband would leave mine alone (they get borrowed for measuring before and after workouts and never get returned). It seems that every time I needed to use one it would be missing,...so this time I bought a 12 pack! Hopefully they will last and I will have at least one around when I need it.These aren't as wide as my old measuring tapes were but they still work fine for what I need them for, they are also colorful too. My old ones were either plain white or yellow, I like the different colors. Numbers are large and the measurements are accurate and easy to read. Good price for a 12 pack too.

I bought this same package on two separate occasions. The first time I bought it and it came exactly as packaged. I make earrings and other jewelry using pieces of the measuring tape and I ran out of yellow so I decided to buy it again. Unlucky for me, the second time I bought it, the package came with four of the pink tapes instead of two pink and two yellow so that was slightly a disappointment especially since I mainly ordered it to have more yellow tape. So that was more of an issue with the packaging of the product. The product itself is great.

If you need a lot of measuring tapes, this is a great buy. I like that they came in several different colors, just to brighten things up a bit. They seem accurate. In the photos, I compare both sides (centimeters and inches) to my Clover Shiro measuring tape. There are a few bumps because I could hold the tape flat while I was taking the photo, but all the marks do line up, so I trust these to give me good measurements. I would recommend these is you are buying for a class, have multiple cases that need accessories, or want to have several spares.

I do a lot of design work and use a tailors tape every day, so accuracy is important. I was worried about getting a tailors tape from Amazon because you never really know what the quality will be until it arrives. I have been pleasantly surprised by these. The first thing I did was check the accuracy against my other measuring devices. While obviously not as accurate as my micrometers it was comparable to any other rulers I have. The thing that made me like them so much has been that they have a nice satin almost velvety feel. They feel great in your hands when you have to work with them all day. They are not stiff and plasticy like many of the other cheap ones I have used. I have been quite happy with them and enjoy using them every day. I would recommend these for the quality and price.

Hi, these are okay, needed some, because I lose them, put them away, where, who knows! Ever do that lol? Anyway, I got a set of these, colors, regular tape measures. Now I gave them 5 stars, they are tapes, but they are a bit faded and thin, you can see the back through the front, not that it matters, they are thin in width as well, approx 1/2". I like to drape them over my neck when measuring,and I lose them. These should work for me. Small numbers, faded colors, thin plastic, well worth the price for this amount. You do get 12, colors are dark green black numbers, yellow white pink blue.I hope this review helps you. I read myself and then make my decision. For the price, this is a good deal. I've been using these and giving them away as gifts. I intend to buy more as the kids that I'm teaching to sew love to choose their own color. They are made well and seem to be kid proof. I supposes someone could cut them by accident but it would take some work. I ordered one set. I have given half of them away. I haven't had any of them fall apart. Not too expensive so not too much sacrifice if they get lost. I literally give these away to my students and they love them. I only bought one set but next time I will order two or three and keep them for sewing kits.I am giving these five stars because I love them and my students love them. I will buy them again and will continue giving them out.

As soon as I opened the first measuring tape the metal clip came off the end. There was no putting it back on! Even worse, is that the first one inch measurement is off by 1/16th inch on all 12 tapes!!
