Works well
Works well, just wish it didn't pause for so long in the beginning. I don't know fully how to use it but that's user issues, not the product.

This unit is easy to use and offers 8 scenarios in each of 2 languages (English-Spanish). The current unit however seems to come without the Ac adapter (now available separately for $19.95 rather than being included in the kit)- even though the manual (as well as the Amazon description indicates the adapter is included. My kit came only with 1 set each of the child and adult pads (rather than the "several" reported by another reviewer) but at about $8 each for pads that last about 100 applications, additional pads aren't a major investment. The speaker quality is acceptable but my unit has artifact/noise during one of the scenarios. I am considering contacting the manufacturer for a replacement module - or will return the item to Amazon, hoping I get one without the defect. At approx $80, the American Red Cross AED trainer is cheaper but the corresponding pads are more expensive and it does not offer as many scenarios as the WNL model. This model offers a reasonable option for training as sturdier/more realistic AED trainers (like the Medtronic Lifepak 500) cost $350-500 or more and have correspondingly expensive accessories (Lifepak 500 training pads cost approx $40 each and last for only about 30 applications) .

Glad I bought two
Purchased these as replacements for older trainers that could not be upgraded. Great for my classes. Light weight, easy to use. I like that it can be upgraded if AED protocols change.

Did not come with all the parts
The first time I ordered this item it only work for about 3 to 4 days. I reordered it, only to get less parts. No batteries, no chargers. Not happy for the amount of money I spent.

AED ok for the price
I am upset that when using the AED if I bump it it turn off and I have to restart it. Therefore it is not very practical. But I do like the Spanish and English prompt. I like that it is compact and light to carry. It was $145.00 so the price was good. I will replace my more realistic AED trainer which cost $350.00

Good product, problem with the case
When I opened the box, The carrying case had a slice through it. It wasn't from me opening the box, as the slice was on the side opposite of where I opened it. Otherwise, the product is fine. I've also seen this on someone else's case.
