disapointed
even though the picture shows a hand held remote it does not come with one. other than not getting what is pictured it is a good powerful winch. be careful not to use for more than 20 seconds at a time with time to cool down. it over heats and will burn up if used for long intervals. This is my second one, first one burnt up.
