Ok, so I've used this product for over 20 years. No kidding. My mother (rest in peace) ordered herbs from Heath Center for Better Living and gave me one of her catalogs. My 28 year old hates to see me coming with the bottle. He is well without it so I don't bother (much). But, my 35 year old is special needs and he has had digestive problems since he began eating solid food. This product is excellent for him or anyone with that kind of issue. We should not allow fecal matter to stay in the colon for too long. It's a must to release every thing we eat on a daily basis. After suffering with constipation for years I was desperate to try almost anything because nothing else had worked. A friend gave me an HCBL brochure and I saw Colon Helper and decided to give it a try. To my surprise it worked. It worked so well that I have been a repeat customer for 19 years. The first time I used it there was some cramping, but I didn't care because it worked and it trumps constipation an any day. I am eating quite low fiber diet and decided to try this pills. Well, they could warn about the dosage - two were way too much intense for me. I am taking one pill once in two days, and it is fully enough for me, I would even say it might be a bit too strong.

I've been using this product for the past couple of years and love it. It does not cause the discomfort and cramping that other laxatives can sometimes cause. I have a very slow digestive tract and my neighbor gave me some of her "Colon Helper " to try ....... it worked on me and since I like to think it is important that my system MOVE more , I like it .You have to figure out what is best way individually to take it .

It might take a couple of days but they really work! I got them on Wednesday and took one before I went to bed. Nothing happened 'til midway through Thursday after my coffee and a light lunch. I've been taking them at night before bed and everything is functioning as it should, after being backed up for almost a while week!

I’ve been taking one pill a day since April 4. These worked immediately for me. A co worker used these a few years ago and raved on them. i have been using this product on an as needed basis for years. it is one of the few antidotes to constipation my gastroenterologist deems okay to use, as opposed to laxatives. i can always count on it to work whenever my bowels become congested. and, there is no cramping. it does, however, often cause several bowel movements in any given day. that can be a nuisance, but well worth the bother in my opinion. i highly recommend it!
