Dragon Ball (3-in-1 Edition), Vol. 6

I remember when I first got in to Dragon Ball, my local store was charging $20.00 a book and they were the crappy censored versions. These paper back collected volumes are pretty nice, affordable and is probably the less censored version of the manga you'll be able to find outside of it's home country. The quality of the paper in the book isn't the best, but at $10.00 a book, I can look past that. Amazon does need to learn how to ship books better. All of them so far have come mailed in cheap-o bubble wrap mailers and so far, I've gotten two books with dinged and dented spines. I don't want used garbage, I want my book coming in the mail mint.

The Dragon ball part of the story ends with a beginning to the "Z" part. Was a great read, hope you have just as a good time as I did

It is a very nice book . The package came on time.an item you must buy.

I gave 5 stars to the manga and 1 star to the poorly made book. The pages are extremely thin and flimsy like newspaper shreddds and can easily torn up during delivery. I was very disappointed that this is my first replacement and was more damaged than the one I received in the first place! The edges of the pages in the middle was tor bent, and the back cover page was a split! Update: The 3rd replacement arrived today and it was a charm! No torn, no rip, and no bending pages or a split in the cover page. Very happy with the delivery! The original 34 volumes released in Japan have a much better fine print and the pages was top notch! Those were released as they originally intended that was available in Spanish and other Latin languages! Viz turns very cheap by releasing them as 3 in 1 volumes book! I hope that one day Viz will rerelease these books in 34 volumes as they were originally intended and use the bloody same paper quality that was published in Japan without any censorship!

The book opens up with the end of the 23 Strongest under Heaven tournament. A great final fight, that definitely lived up to its main event status. I do love that there are super moves are based in Martial Arts techniques. This books marks the end of the Dragon Ball series and the start of Dragon Ball Z. A new threat is coming and it is big enough for two mortal enemies work together. A really good collection again awesome action and great artwork. Good story as well, and the left out all the stupid parts great condensed beginning of the Sayian arc. All 36 covers are in the cover gallery.
