I am 6.2' - 185lb. I usually buy pants size 33-34 (W) x 34(L). In the reviews I noticed that a lot of people were not sure how correctly identify the short sizes and the descriptions were not very helpful. So I wasn't sure what size to order, I decided to order three different sizes: M, L, XLThis shorts are very stretchy, so M size is sitting very nicely and comfy. The inside pocket holds my phone very nicely. It's not bumping on my leg when I runUse L if you have thicker thighs or like to feel a bit more relaxed. The phone in the pocket is flying a bit more free when I run. I still like them a lotXL - sits very comfy but a bit too big on me. They look more like basketball shortsOverall, I just placed another order for L size in different color. I love them

Bought a pair of these shorts as well as three others that were also shown as suggestions. I loved theses so much I returned all others and bought three more. I only really needed to replace one of shorts I had worn out, but I loved these so much I bought the other pairs. I love the material for the outer shorts and also the inner liner. Just the right length mid-thigh, really good for squats and legs, but also wonderful for all workouts and running. Not too much material in the thigh or seat that they bunch up; which is often a factor. Just the right fit on the waist. Very light weight overall, but also seem really durable. Very very pleased. Also love the color options as I bought multiple.

The zippers go bad within a few washes or an equivalent month or so .
