I bought this item to help add barcodes to my website, looks and feels great. Only one issue, the support line number does not work, so you have to exchange emails with China, Felt like I was dealing with a fool, so just had to sit down and play with it and Read the instructions a couple of times. Now it is up and running and very easy to use, no read problems so far and it will I have found read through four layers of plastic. Yes I will buy again when needed.

It's quite hard to say just how such a small input device could change someone's life, but to say this has been a timesaver has beenan understatement. I'm a music collector / hoarder and am attempting to catalogue my vast collection. Being able to scan barcodes in with one click has saved so much time. Combine this with a label printer and you're in cataloguing heaven. It can work via bluetooth, and the battery lasts for many hours. It comes with a booklet of codes so you can customise the device to how it suits you.

Bought this product for use with children. It's sturdy and easy to set up using barcodes generated with one of the free online generators. Has lost its bluetooth connection a couple of times but is easy to reconnect using the QR code in the handbook.

Good product but expensive same brand can be found cheaper

Bought a handful of Terra scanners like this one in the past. Every time I need to add one to the collection in the warehouse, a different model is available and it's the model that I girst bought 3 years ago that was the best. They just get slower and harder to use. This one's got naff wireless range, barely works from across the room (The first one I got worked from the neighboring warehouse!) and this one takes a while to see the barcode, it's like I'm waiting for it to focus or something. Seems to be quicker at scanning 2D codes so if you're scanning traditional 1D barcodes then go with a traditional laser scanner, they're much quicker, though a little less reliable when the barcode is printed on a shiny surface or in direct sunlight, that's when this 2D scanner will be better.

This is my second scanner, again the same issue. After a few months it stops working

Very easy to use. Connects to computer in multiple ways (USB, WiFi, Bluetooth). Reads multiple bar code types. Can store read data in unit for later upload to computer.

Great little wireless scanner, simply plugs in and is ready to use. Comes with an excellent manual and an in depth look at its features, to change settings you mereky scan the codes from the manual. The whole set up is effortless, the scanner picks up all barcode formats including qr codes it reads off a screen and can be used whilst charging. All in all its fast, very competitively priced, lightweight but not flimsy and makes databasing a breeze.

Für den verhältnismäßigen niedrigen Preis, bekommt man ein durchwegs solides Gerät, was in allen Zügen seinen Zweck erfüllt. Die Einrichtung via Bluetooth geht sehr einfach von der Hand, die Verbindung mit dem Dongle oder dem Kabel wird sofort erkannt und das Gerät ist einsatzbereit. Von der Akkulaufzeit war ich positiv überrascht, da diese deutlich länger ist, als angegeben, besonders, wenn man die LED deaktiviert. Einzig negativ ist, dass die Konfiguration der unterschiedlichen Modi, nur mit den im Handbuch vorhanden QR-Codes gewechselt werden kann, was sich als Problem herausstellen könnte, wenn man dieses verliert. Ebenfalls der Ladestatus kann nur so abgerufen werden.
