LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Citrus Salt | Drink Mix | 30-Count

my personal trainer recommended and gave me samples of LMNT. Even after dropping out of training I continue to have 1/2 to 1/3 of a packet most days. I will sometimes get cramps, sometimes quite severe, or simply jiggling in my arch or calf. That is to say I used to and until I started doing these.I tried the variety pack and raspberry and citrus were my two favorites. Of them raspberry is my most favorite.It's probably more expensive than competitors and they can be all kinds of choices about different nutritional profiles. I did try one competitor and while the flavor variety was interesting, it wasn't necessary and some of the cramps started coming back even though the other competitor brand had more ingredients. So I'm returning to just this for simplicity. I'll rotate between my two favorite flavors: that's good enough for me.Also, the stuff always dissolves super well. I only think of it because the competitor I tried did not. I also have never experienced an LMNT packet being hard because there was moisture intrusion in the processing of it.

I cut grass in 100 degree weather. I don't know what I'd do if it weren't for these drink packs and a cooling towel on ice. You just mix it in one regular sized water bottle and drink. Works good! Tastes great after you get used to it. The salt taste threw me off at first, but I love it now! Orange and Watermelon are my favorite flavors. In my opinion it is worth the money. I hope this helps. My family and I love this product. We are constantly outside playing and working out. We give small amounts to my 2 year old he loves it. I love to mix the Raspberry flavor with half coconut water and half normal water. It’s a great little treat that also helps replenish all the minerals we need. Simple as throwing them in the diaper bag and going on with our day. Best no sugar and no dye drink on the market.

This company and their product are amazing. I loved the citrus flavor but my acid reflux did not. I contacted the company and they were so gracious and understanding. They sent me a free supply of the unflavored and told me to gift the remaining citrus to someone. I love this product. I work out hard and was missing this hydration boost. I have seen a noticeable difference in my energy level as a result of taking it regularly. Highly recommend!

I really like the LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mixes! I especially like the Grapefruit Salt, however there are many flavors to choose from. If you haven’t tried LMNT electrolyte drink mixes before, I’ll tell you that they are salty, but I actually like the taste. I primarily drink these while working out which helps me feel hydrated better than just plain water. Positives: Effective , Quality, Taste and Hydration! One downside is that it doesn’t completely dissolve quickly, but it will dissolve soon enough.

Hello, first of all, this is the first time I have ever used any sort of electrolyte drink mix. I'm starting a Keto diet and it was recommended to get something like this to help with electrolytes while you're on the diet, so I did some research and this seemed like what I wanted. I really don't like flavored water, so I didn't want the flavored packets of this however what I did not take into consideration was how salty this would taste. Duh, I know, but I just wasn't thinking that way. I just wanted it to be "flavorless." It definitely fits. that bill, however it IS very salty tasting which is why I'M SURE most people get the flavored packets! Well, I will know for next time I guess. For reference- I use a 22 oz travel water mug to drink out of so I put one packet in there, and shook it up. It was definitely salty tasting. Not as bad as getting a mouthful of ocean water, but not too far away from that either. So I drank half of the 22oz, then refilled it back up to the top with water, and then it tasted MUCH better. At that point if I didn't already know I had put the mix in, I might not have realized. So- if you like that salty punch, use less water. But if you want to trick yourself into not knowing it's even in there, I recommend using about 32 oz of water or more. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating but it's really my fault for not ordering the flavored version. ALSO- this came in one day so I was very happy about that because I wanted to start it immediately. Thanks LMNT!

Great taste. If you need to replace salts (on a carnivore diet, out is the heat, athlete, whatever reason) this is by far the best tasting one that LMNT carries. The others are also pretty easy to swallow but I not as tasty. I have made them into dessert using gelatin and they were pretty good. They are kind of expensive so we use them sparingly. The packets flavor about 32 oz of water very well. It tastes better when dissolved in very cold water.

From late December to Mid March I've experienced weird brain clarity issues and feeling no energy to do anything. I bought the first pack of LMNT for my dad, to help him rehydrate. He refused so I tried one to see why he didn't like it. I loved it! The first was Citrus Salt and I drank more water that day than I have since hot summertime. I am not a scientist so have no idea how things work, but can tell you that within 24 hours the fog had begun to lift. Within 48 hours I felt alive and inside my own head again. Near two weeks in I am sold for life! I sleep better. I do not have leg cramps at night anymore. I don't want to sleep mid afternoon. I'm engaged at work again and not merely faking it until I made it. I'm made it with the help of this magic in an envelope. Now I have Raspberry Salt and my new favorite, Mango Chili. I love the latter so much I wish they made the flavor without the elements so I could use it in my water all the time. I'd drink 2 gallons + every day - it's that tasty.
