5 Seat Long Sofa, Home Undeniably Stylish Sectional Sofa with Back Cushion

I like the couch quite a bit. It's a little smaller than expected but the dimensions were posted and I didn't pay close attention to them, but this will work out very well for my needs. It arrived early, and was very easy to put together. The only issue I had is I ordered the 1 right arm + 3 no arms + 1 left arm. What i received was 2 right arms and + 3 no arms. The seller responded immediately when I made them aware of the problem and they rectified the situation immediately. I'm very happy with their customer service and I understand why they have a high customer rating.

I received two right ends, instead of the right and left I ordered. The seller is giving me trouble over exchanging one end for the left I ordered. Terrible and slow customer service. I will not purchase from them again. As for the quality, it’s okay. The couch is comfortable but cheaply made. I expect it to last less than 2 years with daily use. The pictures are one of the rights put together while the other is in the box.

I ordered this set for a medical office space.seating for guests. We go through furniture once a year so I need it to be budget friendly and still look nice. I emailed the seller about needing them by a certain date and they were shipped immediately. These look beautiful in our space! They are on the shorter side so we ordered some taller feet. We had a problem with discoloration on one of the pieces and the seller handled our issue immediately! Great little set for our purposes and great customer service!
