Q: What is the shelf life of this product? Does it have an expiration date?

So sorry for the delay in responding! The balms do not have an expiration date and preferably be used within 2 years of opening. Thanks for asking!

Q: Will this product help peeling, cracked, fingers?

Absolutely! This product is a miracle. I use it on my dry skin. My husband work in an automotive shop and washes his hands so many times each day his hands get dry, rough, and cracked. He uses this regularly when that happens and a couple days later all is well. I cannot say enough about this balm. I love it.

Q: Is the vitamin E soy derived?

My apologies as I am not sure of the answer to your question. What I would suggest is contacting the company directly, Tilvee (on Facebook or Instagram), and the owner/formulator, Kristie, is very responsive and I am sure she will have that answer for you. I have been using several of this company's products for over 9 years now and absolutely LOVE them! Good luck!
