After raising a request for installation via whatsapp, a welcare technician came and did the installation within 3 days of delivery. They guide you to register the product for warranty and gives us confirmation after registration. The product is mostly being used by my dad and mom although I too use it sparingly. My parents love it so much that they use it twice a day- morning and evening. My dad is a stroke survivor and never had any physical activity for close to 8 years and was apprehensive even to start using it. But once he got confident he is able to walk comfortably for close to an hour. If you have loved ones who are in need of physical exercise but are either unable to due to the pandemic or unwilling to by any other means, go for this and you will not regret it. Pros: Hassle free delivery and installation. Equipment is sturdy and is easily transportable due to the hydrolic folding mechanism and tyres although you rarely move it once installed in a common area.I have used it at all the speed levels (1-14 km/h) and it doesn't vibrate or feel unstable at higher speeds. It has 12 pre-set workouts to choose from. Cons: It doesn't have inclination settings but again this is not your gym grade treadmill. I feel that the heart rate monitor is not that accurate. Only other piece of advice would be to not go for the model with the messager thing. We hardly touch it as it needs to be connected separately. Can easily save 2-3 k of you choose the model without it. After using it for close to a month now, I can say that this is a must have piece of equipment and for the utility it offers at this price point, it is not a luxury! We spend more than this for our smartphones! I will update my review after checking the long term durability and after care support and service from welcare.

I am very satisfied with the MaxPro PTM405M treadmill. It’s perfect for home workouts — the motor runs smoothly with no unnecessary noise, which is great for indoor use. The treadmill is compact, foldable, and has all the basic features. The installation service was quick, and the technician explained all the features clearly, including how to use and maintain the treadmill. It’s also easy to operate, and the Bluetooth connectivity is a nice bonus.

Very good choice of treadmill for home use. Also comes with a massager and 2 dumbbells. Once treadmill is delivered, someone from maxpro's team contacts you if you've selected installation option. They arrange for installation and the entire process was smooth with a detailed demo on all functionalities. Treadmill is in very good condition and packaging was also very good. Been using it for a week now and no complaints so far. A small note of caution for those using this in areas with power fluctuations, when the power goes the treadmill stops suddenly. But definitely great product quality and great customer support till now from MAXPRO team!

Installation by Vijil was so satisfying and informative...All the functioning and programs are carefully explained meticulously with precision...Installation, service and aftermarket support is 5/5..Worth buying and great service by Vijil(Maxpro executive).In Trivandrum, Kollam, Pathanamthitta(Kerala) you will get service by Vijil. Purchase Maxpro stabiliser or Vguard VWR 400 stabiliser-both are step-down stabilisers.Buy a 6amp socket with Vguard stabiliser (Do not buy Vguard VM 400 listed on Amazon, does not support treadmill). Maxpro executive will come and service every 3 months and I recommend that you to purchase AMC (PER year 2500/- ,includes installation charges and service for 1 year also included an continue after 1 year before it ends).Treadmill works fine,Bluetooth speakers are moderately good,fast pairing with fitshow app and can control everything from phone itself. Satisfied.Go for maxpro and not another brand as this provides good customer support especially if you are from above said cities.
