Truly want to say this company should be selling bazillions of these because the quality is amazing. If you're a clean freak, you use one time and toss, pachamama fans notwithstanding. If you like to reuse, go for it. Some of these will literally still have perfectly good adhesive after 20 uses. Amazingly, they stick to your clean skin without taking off two layers of skin upon removal. In fact, you've presumably taken care of non-epidermal 'features' but if you didn't, you'll be amazed that nothing really sticks after you remove them. Pretty cool adhesive, kind of like a Post-It for your electrode leads.

These pads are the second set of replacement pads I have bought from Amazon. They have good adhesive that stays put over several uses and do a good job of conducting the electrical signals to my muscles. This form of therapy is very helpful for my back pain. Like other pads, they lose their stickiness after being used for a while, but they don't really hurt when I remove them from my skin so that's a plus. Overall, I recommend these for their quality and price. The amount of pads in the bag will last me a long time. I tend to only use them several days at a time when I have a flare up. I don't use them every day.
