Ecojet Essential In-Ground Robotic Pool Cleaner

Purchased product from another vendor. Took about a week to get the cleaner not great but did not have to pay for shipping so can live with it. I have assembled my own computers in the 80s and 90s and used to bad documentation on many of the parts (Chinese and Tawin) but did not expect something so simple (claimed to be made in USA) to use have such poor documentation. Diagrams and explanations are just flat our wrong and when you go the company website it is different then what was shipped. Had some issues/question with the cleaner on day one called customer support if you can get past the person who answers the phone then you end up waiting for a tech to speak who never answers and then the person who originally answers says they will call back well I never heard back. As for cleaning the pool it started off strong, then within in15 minutes went down hill. The bag although being large needs to be emptied every 1/2 hour or so or the unit just sits doing nothing. So if you want lousy documentation, poor customer support and a unit that can only run for 1/2 hour before it needs to be cleaned out this is the one to buy !

Good and bad.Good: Cleaned pool well for 1st year and into 2nd year. Climbs walls well. Fairly easy to clean.Bad: Does not hold up. Flotation blocks shrinks so it is not as buoyant so it stopped climbing the walls. Cable broke down from UV and broke. Wheels wore badly, but I have a rough pool. Had to send back for repair twice because it started moving back and forth about 2 feet continuously. They repaired, charged me for this and it happened again.So it lasted 4 years including 2 repairs from authorized repair center. The chord needs a swivel joint. The chord would always get tangled and it's a real pain to straighten back out. I do not recommend this cleaner.
