1.5m/5ft Resistance Bands

I have the little bands that are circular. I bought these for a larger range of motion. I love that there are 3 different levels of resistance bands and the width of them is perfect. I did my 1st workout that consisted of the exercises listed in your little booklet they came with. I'm excited to say these are made very well and durable. I was searching for resistance bands and found these for a great price. Buying the Potok bands was waaaayyy more convenient that going in the store and buying another brand. Glad I bought them because it seems like over half the workout routines I see use them and if you don't have them you seem to feel left out. In all I saved time and money with this purchase and I definitely recommend buying.

These bands are much stronger than other workout bands I’ve purchased in the past. I train clients and need bands that will last longer and not rip apart so easily after frequent use. Bought the 3 pack and the strength of each band is as advertised.

Bands are perfect for my wife who is just getting into training. She’s looking forward to moving up intensities in the band strength.

Easy to use. Using with the Winsor Pilates videos. Durable and each band has its own level of stretch and resistance.

Easy to use, found it has help with constant pain in my shoulder, started on the lowest resistance, not worked up to the highest one yet
