Evening Primrose Oil Capsules

I’m 46 years old and experiencing perimenopause. It’s been a frustrating experience. I use Dim and Dong Quai, with evening primrose, it’s been helping with the perimenopause symptoms.

I tried primrose oil supplements before due to adult hormonal acne I was getting. I had read taking primrose oil helps with this issue and had already been using a multitude of topical products for this issue with inconsistent success. My face became completely clear after using these in combination with tea tree oil and other products geared towards acne. After I finished my bottle, I decided to take a break and stopped taking these for a while. I found myself purchasing primrose oil again when I started to break out again without taking these. They're easy to swallow without any negative taste and I love the fact that you only need to take one pill per day. I'm not sure how or why these help keep my acne at bay, but they seem to do the trick. I don't notice or track any other benefits, but it seems this can have multiple good effects beyond one's skin. Considering I've spent more on skincare products, I think this a good value.

I purchased these vit's after I visited a friend. I noticed a change in her skin, her complexion was beautiful. She said she added these capsules to her regime, taking 1 per day. I was amazed.I should be seeing the results soon.

My sis put me on to these and I been taking them so far since end of may and definitely notice a different in my cycle, less cramps and really helps with managing hormones! Also notice less breakouts with periods. Definitely recommend

I love this product. I feel like Evening Primrose has helped my skin amount other things. I’ve been using this brand for years and find it responsibly priced and a good product. The pills are quite large so if you have any issues with swallowing pills that might be an issue but I’ve never seen an EP pill that was any smaller.
