This is a very good formula for the price. I was impressed that it contains all 5 types of collagen plus vitamin C & Hyaluronic acid. These capsules are tasteless and have no noticeable odor but rather large at 3/4” long and slightly wider than 1/4”. Therefore, I suggest swallowing with a lot of water. I found it gets easier to swallow once you get used to it. The directions state to take 3 caps daily. I prefer to take 1 cap in the morning, afternoon, and evening because of the size pill. I was born with Alopecia (bald spot) and was hoping I would see some hair growth there but no improvement. Also, I did not notice any improvement in my skin nor joint pain, but neither has gotten any worse. However, it did seem to make my hair grow faster and my nails seem stronger. I have been taking these supplements for about 3/4 of a year and am hoping I will see better results the longer I take them. That is what happened when I took a pre and probiotic supplement. I am a 58 yo female and wasn’t expecting any miracles but think this supplement would be most beneficial to younger people. If my body still produced estrogen, I’m sure I would see better results. However, everyone is different. Overall, I would recommend this supplement unless you are allergic to eggs.

This is the best collagen I've ever taken. My hair grows thick and fast, nails are strong and my skin looks amazing. I definitely will keep buying!!!

I am almost done with my bottle and I will say, taking these with my current skin care regimen and my skin has improved dramatically. In fact, I wrote about this on my blog on more than one occasion. My skin feels more supple and smooth. Also, my nails and hair look much better too. The only advice I would give is to take the capsules one by one drinking a lot of water in-between (it's okay, water is good for your skin anyway). The dose is 3 capsules and I tried to take all three at once and it got stuck as they are on the larger side.

Not sure yet if it works. Only been taking three weeks. I do see my skin is less dry and have no problems with digestion. Will update review after a few months.

This is a great collagen. I’m not sure why some reviews have said it is vegan because it is not it has bovine and chicken clearly on the label - but it is a great product none the less as far as working

This is my first review on Amazon. Loved how easy and small these pills are compared to the regular collagen pills and you don't need to take 6 of them! Got motivated to leave a review since I got a glimpse of a video my 6yo daughter shot of me over the weekend. Despite her lacking camera skills and the most unflattering angles she took the video from, my naked skin was so radiant in the video I myself took a double take and wondered if I put on any make up (no i didn't). I've been taking it with the codeage life supplement along with the collagens on empty stomach before bed time and I can see sun spots from my reckless years with no sunscreen fading away in the past ONE month! I had good skin to start with and I've been getting twice as many people commenting on my my "natural glow" recently...for that, i'll write my first amazon review.

I wanted to give this product the benefit of the doubt from last time I took it but I broke up really bad on my face in December and was unsure what it was. This month I started taking it again and instantly started breaking out in a rash on my face and now my face has red splotchy marks, pimples and my face is dry and itchy.
