Outop 3 in 1 Breathable Elastic Postpartum Postnatal Recoery Support Girdle Belt for Women and Maternity

I am 2 years post-partum and pretty much gave up on everything abdominal. My Dr has confirmed that I am effected by Distasis Recti (still appear to be 5 months pregnant after losing all the baby weight and in my pre-pregnancy jeans.) and this is helping bring it down. It's not a miracle cure by any means, but I am pleased with the great amount of improvement and I actually feel like there's hope. After googling for options on how to correct my abdominal muscles without plastic surgery, I found a 'miracle' binder and system with a hefty price tag. I thought I would try this one first since it's inexpensive. This binder has honestly made a huge difference. I wear it as much as possible during daily tasks and I'm used to it enough now that I have no issues with sleeping with it on. The down side being that it does get really warm. I highly recommend wearing a cami or something under it. It offers really great back support as well so my posture has improved significantly. I just wish they made it in black! The Tracy Anderson Post Pregnancy video is also great! I've just started up with it again since I was seeing improvement with the binder and I am fully confident that with consistency in wearing the binder and the Tracy Anderson video, I will be back to where I was before, if not better! And yes, I will wear the binder while working out.

Bought these wraps to use for after the birth of my 2nd child. I had read some reviews saying that this item was really small, but i took a chance buying it anyway.I received the items in perfect new condition. There were 3 wraps as pictured in my order. At 2 days postpartum, i tried the wraps for the 1st time. It was tight but it fit! They are SUPPOSED To be tight to help shrink your stomach and put your organs back in place after having a baby. I found the back support it provided to be great too!After wearing for 1 week i have very noticeable difference in the size of my postpartum stomach. At this rate i will be in my prepregnancy clothes in no time. :(Before i got pregnant i was a size 5/6 jeans. at 9 months pregnant i got up to a size 11/12 non maternity jeans. When i left the hospital the 11/12 fit but i had a big blub hanging over the button... 1 week later, still in the 11/12 BUT no more blub! just givin ya some info so you know what size I am and that it fits me.)

I purchased this product t after my mother told me I should get a torso wrap for after giving birth, it helped her “hold everything together” and “put everything back into place.” As a first time mom I thought why not, I purchased this product and it did not fit around my abdomen area. It was rough and I could not get it to wrap around the area. There were multiple pieces and it was hard to figure out which piece went first. There were no instructions so I ended up not using it.

This was my second C-section. I had tried several girdles after my first C-section (twins), and ended up with severe abdominal separation no matter what I used. This time around I purchased this girdle and after 12 days postpartum I'm already seeing results that I didn't see before.A big pro is that because this girdle comes in three separate bands, it is possible to select the right combination of bands so that you don't hurt the incision. Therefore it can be used since the beginning. It is also possible to adjust the straps to tighten where you want to start to see some waist or a normal belly button as you shed the postoperative inflammation off. It also doesn't hurt or push underneath the boobs (which for me means no painful breastmilk duct clogs).The big con of this girdle is that it comes with no instructions - so you may think is useless until you figure out how to put on. This comes as 3 separate pieces but with no instructions on how to put on. Based on a link shared by another customer in the "Questions" section above, this is what I do:1. Put on piece B first. It is the one with only one velcro attachment and no tightening straps. This is one with the lip that goes in the back, just under your bra strap.2. Put on piece A around your waist (this is the biggest piece) and tighten.3. Put on piece C and tighten.I am using this post-partum and will say that this probably would not have fit me just after having a baby. I purchased it at 6 weeks to replace a more orthopedic-looking adjustible abdominal binder (Gabriela brand). At this point, I was about 14 lbs off of my pre-pregnancy weight (had lost about 30 lbs...yes, I know, I gained about 45 lbs during pregnancy). I am usually a size 6 and would say that at 6-weeks post-partum, this fit, but tightly. I can't imagine it fitting for people of larger size so I thought I would mention this if you are considering purchasing this.Positives:* The multiple pieces let you customize the fit to you.* Covers your entire abdomen so you won't have any bulge spilling out from top or bottom (was a problem with my traditional ab binder).* Velcro lines up well so the "scratchy" side doesn't rub against your skin (another problem with the traditional binder if not perfectly aligned).Negatives:* No instructions on how to wear.* Is a tight fit that may not work for all people.* Is noticeable under clothing so you'll need to wear a baggy shirt. When I put it on, it does not lie flat as nicely as they make it look on the model!* Part C doesn't stay put on my hips and tends to ride up.
