Weak, swingy, not for professional video work.
It's 3/5 for me. The plastic handle just doesn't work as it's not firm. Keeps swinging because of the hollow and weak plastic build. Better to go for 15mm rails and a metal handle.

Great product for a great price.
I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL!! I simply enjoy making home movies of my kids and family. From sorting events to our cottage adventures and everything in between. This mount works great for me. It gives my more stability while holding the camera all with one hand. I love the fact it has the ability to ad a mic or light at the top. Very easy and simple to use, highly recommend for the home video enthusiast. The only issue I can see is the foam on the handle seems pretty cheap but I can live with that
