Really uncomfortable. Pinched the underarm of the opposite arm. Really it's a tough spot to try and put compression and most of the designs are the same so are they any worse than other manufacturers? Probably not. The actual compression did work but became unbearable on my opposite underarm. The company that comes up with a good shoulder wrap that doesn't strap under the opposite arm will corner the market.

The brace seems well made..but the plastic clips dig into your chest and back...it really isn't the right fit for both men and women...it bunches at the shoulder area which defeats it's purpose of a brace

Der Core Trainer ist eine super Ergänzung für das Heimtraining und bietet viele viele Training-Möglichkeiten.Der Zusammenbau gestaltete sich unproblematisch und ging auch sehr schnell. Wichtig ist, dass die Schrauben nicht komplett angezogen werden, damit die Halterung nicht schleift oder blockiert. Falls man die Halterung nicht im Boden verankern darf, kann man diese auch einfach mit Gewichten fixieren. Ich habe sie zusätzlich an der Wand stehen, damit sie nicht nach hinten wegrutscht. Bin sehr zufrieden und würde die Halterung immer wieder kaufen.

Ich habe das Gerät in eine Ecke gestellt und nutze es dort für mein Rückentraining.Dazu bitte ich eine Langhantel mit 30mm in vs einen Rudergriff. Die Langhantel passt perfekt in die obere Öffnung.Auch bei höherem Gewicht bleibt der Langhanteltrainer Dank eines Eigengewichts fest auf dem Boden.Empfehlenswert!

sehr robust wie einige es schon beschrieben haben und der Vorteil für 50 mm und 30 mm Langhantelstangen geeignet wie man es lieber mag und macht auch kein Unterschied der übungsausführung , funktioniert super und ich denke man muss sich auch keine sorgen machen um die länge der Langhanteln sei es jetzt von 50 mm oder 30 mm. This is a wonderful, versatile product that can take either a barbell or Olympic bar. This is a very good product that is easy to assemble. It fits into the corner of the room comfortably and is quite heavy so I have not needed to bolt it to the floor when I am using it. Also the pivot has a flexible range of motion.
