Truly strong taste, but not overpowering. Have reordered it many times.

Been looking for a good spicy mustard for years. This mustard has just the right amount of heat that really compliments roast beef.

A bit spicy but very flavorful, highly recommend if you are a mustard lover. Mix with some mayo for an excellent Dijon style.

I had initially been introduced to 'hot' mustard with the Polly's brand , which, I cannot find anymore. Last year, I found this during a late in the season visit to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. Brought it home and found this to be an acceptable substitute for Polly's. Has a rich, full mustard flavor, with a strong bite at the end. If one has the view of "if some is good, some more is more gooder", that might fit a lot of other items, moderation is the key with this one. The more you use, the better the taste. However, you can easily over come the taste of what it is that you are eating. I ordered 4 jars and each was securely wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure that they arrived in tact. This mustard is a little pricey, and I could not find a way to subscribe to get jars of this delivered on a regular basis. Highly enjoyable. Use in moderation.

This is a delicious condiment. Great if you like a strong mustard flavor!

I was looking for a vinegar free mustard since I’m intolerant to it. The picture of the ingredients on Amazon doesn’t list vinegar as an ingredient, perfect. I’ve used this product twice and just looked at the label and guess what, the bottle lists spirit vinegar as an ingredient. Edit: Though the mustard is not returnable, Amazon did credit me for the purchase.
