Q: Will this switch 12vdc control voltages?

Yes it will. It can switch any voltage, it is what they call a dry contact which means it simply acts like a switch, what type of power you apply to that switch is up to you. Just be mindful of the amount of amps you pass thru. If you plan on breaking a heating element that takes 10-20 amps then you will need to put the element on a relay or contactor and use the controller to engage the relay. Q: Can i use it to control 110v 1 hp water pump?

The simple answer is yes but the more complex answer is you need the 12 volt one or set up a power supply to be used as the controller if you order the 220 volt one.. They have several versions They do make a model that can be run off of 120 /60 hertz but you need to make sure your ordering the right one. I was able to modified my 220 on very easily. to work with 12 volts dc to run it and control any voltage needed. that is the one they send as default. but I have been doing electronics for 40 years
